Some Think of Us programs use AI to help staff organize information, prepare questions or support materials, or identify resources that may be relevant. We limit the information provided to an AI service to what is needed for the task and apply safeguards appropriate to the program and information.
AI-generated material is reviewed or checked before it is used for consequential support or shared with a participant. Staff remain responsible for decisions, correcting unsupported claims, and ensuring recommendations fit the person and the program. We do not make automated decisions about people without human intervention and review.
