When you ask Think of Us for support, apply for a grant, answer a survey, or share your experience, you may give us personal information. We use it to respond to you, run our programs, and learn how to improve them. The pages below explain what happens to that information and the choices you have.
What to Know First
- We explain why we ask. Each program requests information for a specific purpose.
- Optional participation stays optional. A survey, interview, or use of your story is separate from the support you came for.
- People stay involved. AI may assist staff, but it does not make decisions about you without human review (the exception being programs such as ConnectMe, which have a Self Service portal where users can choose not to speak with a care navigator).
- We protect what you share. Access is limited to authorized people involved in the relevant work.
